A deposit is required to secure your date, with the balance due on the day of the wedding. If you need to postpone, our team will work with you to explore new dates. Cancellation policies will be clearly outlined in your contract for full transparency.

Yes, menu tastings are available for confirmed wedding packages so you can experience our food before finalising your selections.
How long is the venue booking for?
Our standard packages include 4 hours of event time, with additional hours available for early setup and after-party upon request.
Are there any décor restrictions?
We allow creative décor as long as it does not damage the venue. For items like candles or hanging décor, please check with us in advance so we can advise on safety requirements.
Is there a cutoff time for music and celebrations?
Our standard cutoff time is at 2PM for lunch, and 10.30PM for dinner. Extensions for dinner bookings may be possible — let us know what you have in mind.
How far in advance should we book?
Most couples book 9–18 months in advance, especially for popular weekend dinner slots and dates. However, we also accommodate last-minute weddings if the date is available.
Is parking available for guests?
Yes, parking is available within Capitaspring itself, and we’re directly accessible from Raffles Place MRT Station. Valet services can also be arranged on request.
