At Kaarla, rise with the horizon as the final sunset of the year paints the sky in gold. Our menus honour the best of coastal Australian produce, where the elements of land, sea, and sky come together in harmony. Highlights include the Wood Oven–Baked Black Cod with shoyu ikura and orange beurre blanc, and the Smoked Grilled Lobster Tail with sweet white corn, tomato, and seaweed sauce — a refined, soulful experience that captures the spirit of renewal as fireworks light up Marina Bay.

Over at OUMI, rise into the new year with a celebration of modern Japanese cuisine, where precision meets artistry. Highlights include the Hirame Crudo, kombu-cured flounder with shiso-infused tomatoes and house-grown lime ponzu, and the Buta Kashira, grilled pork jowl with maitake mushrooms and pineapple dashi sauce. Each course embodies balance, elegance, and depth — a fitting tribute to transformation and harmony as you welcome 2026.

At Sol & Luna, rise with the warmth of togetherness and the joy of good company. Our European-inspired menus bring heart and flavour to your celebration, featuring the Wagyu Beef Bresaola with mascarpone, chives, and cherry tomatoes, and the Seared Cod Fish with white wine sauce, ratatouille, and pomme purée. A vibrant, comforting feast that closes the year on a note of joy — and opens the next with promise.
