As the clock counts down, rise above it all at 1-ARDEN Rooftop, where Singapore's skyline unfurls beneath you on the year's final night. Toast the turn of the year over long dinners and sundowners across Kaarla, Oumi, Sol & Luna and Arden Bar, each course bringing you closer to midnight.
Festive Platter — $78++
Ring in 2027 at 1-Arden Bar, 51 floors above the city, on a night that keeps building to the countdown. Start with our Festive Platter, made for sharing. From 10pm, veteran Singaporean DJ Malcolm X takes the decks, spinning 70s, 80s and 90s hits on vinyl. He plays you through the final countdown and into 2027, until 3am.

Rise to Midnight at Kaarla with an evening built around the fire. Begin with our 3-Course Communal Menu, a relaxed start of shared plates straight off the grill. Later in the evening, give way to our 5-Course Menu, a longer, more refined sitting timed to carry you through to the final countdown. Both dinners are built the Kaarla way, native Australian ingredients over binchotan coals, plated with Japanese restraint.

Celebrate the turn of the year beneath a celestial glow at OUMI, where moonlit ambience sets the scene for a specially curated New Year's Eve dinner inspired by Japanese flavours and the turn of the season. Choose between our 3-Course or 5-Course Dinner, built around a bowl of Gindara Toshikoshi Soba, the noodle traditionally eaten to cross into the new year. A celestial dining experience designed to carry you into the year ahead.

Some nights are made for the table, and Sol & Luna welcomes the new year exactly that way. Our 3-Course dinner opens with sharing starters, the kind of start that lingers into a long sobremesa. Whereas our 4-Course dinner takes the evening further, centred on a communal platter of land and sea. Two ways to gather, one spirit carried through both, Latin warmth, European ease, and a table built for good company as the year turns.
