World's Highest Urban Food Forest

1-Arden, is seen as a 'sustainability on show' through a lush, beautiful sky-high Food Forest and Garden. Spanning across 10,000 sq ft and 280 metres high, the Food Forest houses over 150 varieties of herbs, plants, fruits and vegetables where rhe Culinary Team at 1-Arden works closely with the Head Farmer to create an experience that showcases a sustainable lifestyle through the F&B lens.

Dining at 1-Arden awakens an understanding of sustainable eating and awareness of the relationship between nature and the urban environment at farm-to-table concepts of Kaarla - Australian Japanese Wood Fire Grill & Bar and Oumi - Modern Japanese Kappo Dining.

Mondays to Sundays | 8:30am to 10:30 am, 2:30pm to 6:00pm (Last admission at 5:30pm)

Each creation reflects our garden-to-table philosophy, offering a taste of the earth's elegance in a serene rooftop setting. An afternoon retreat where nature blooms on every plate.
